Join the Urban League for their next online Homebuyer Education Workshop!

This is a free (virtual) five-hour workshop to help you meet the WA State Housing Finance Commission’s education requirements for down payment assistance and a variety of affordable housing programs and opportunities for qualified applicants!

These requirements include the successful completion of a Homebuyers Education Seminar meeting the current FHA, Fannie Mae, FreddieMac, and SMBA benchmark standards.
