Nonprofit Human Resources Training: Centering Equity in Hiring and Onboarding

This conversation is designed to explore and equip nonprofit organizations with some tools, tips and strategies to create and/or improve their hiring and onboarding processes, creating equity and connection. During our time together, we will discuss common biases in hiring & onboarding and how to disrupt them; to then look for ways to create processes that welcome new staff in ways that honor and respect lived experiences, diverse backgrounds, identities, and more! This session is ideal for those who participate in these processes - from HR professionals, recruiting and hiring teams and nonprofit leaders and managers, who are looking to create an equitable, welcoming, and inclusive organizational culture.
