Commitment:
This is a cohort series where BIPOC EDs can be authentically their whole selves. The sessions will be for BIPOC-identifying Executive Directors only. Registration is limited to 20 people from the BIPOC ED Coalition of Washington State and 20 people from Communities of Opportunity. We ask that participants commit to attending all the sessions. We will be piloting this resource for BIPOC EDs first and plan to develop more programming for BIPOC folks in other roles in social justice work in the near future.
